Depending on scope, Transformation Discovery can include executive and stakeholder interviews, current-state assessment, maturity review, risk and dependency analysis, options, target outcomes, a prioritised roadmap, and governance and mobilisation recommendations. Engagements are scoped first and typically run for approximately two to four weeks.
